We are proud to announce that Hospitality America has earned a spot on the USA TODAY Top Workplaces list for 2026 — marking our third consecutive year of this recognition. What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is how it is determined: entirely through the voices of our own associates, with zero weight given to financial metrics or external evaluations.
This year, 713 of our associates completed the survey — a 90 % response rate that is nearly double the 2025 hotel industry benchmark of 47%. That level of participation doesn't happen by accident. It reflects a culture where people feel heard, where their feedback leads to real action, and where they trust that speaking up matters.

What Our Associates Are Saying
When we asked employees to describe Hospitality America’s culture in five words, the answers were clear: passionate, excellence, adaptable, community and humble. Words that aren’t just aspirational — they’re the five core values we call 'P E A C H', lived out every day by our teams across the country.

“This recognition belongs to every associate who shows up each day with passion, humility, and commitment to their team. We don’t build great workplaces through programs — we build them through people who choose to invest in one another.”
— Adam Bullard — Vice President of People and Culture, Hospitality America
Where We Excel — and Where We’re Growing
Our Workplace Experience Score climbed 8 points compared to September 2024, landing 3 points above the Hotels-2025 benchmark. The survey results span six key themes — and the momentum across all of them reflects the genuine commitment of our teams and managers.
RESPECTED & SUPPORTED Inclusion scores saw a 9-point jump. Associates feel seen, heard, and genuinely appreciated. | ENGAGED Commitment scores rose 17 points — associates are choosing to stay and grow with us. |
CLOSELY ALIGNED Employees believe in the direction Hospitality America is heading — and trust the leadership driving it. | EMPOWERED TO EXECUTE Hotel leaders are understood to be in touch with what’s really happening — a 9-point rise in that score shows it. |
We also know we have work to do. Associates told us they want more pathways to work at their full potential, more frequent growth opportunities, and better visibility into important company decisions. We hear you — and those are exactly the areas our leadership teams are prioritizing as we head into 2026.
“The direction Hospitality America is heading is both innovative and progressive. A young, dynamic team with fresh ideas has propelled HA into the future at an impressive pace.”
— HOSPITALITY AMERICA ASSOCIATE
“This is a place where the company values their employees and invests in them. I’ve seen many associates — including myself — grow with HA.”

What This Means for Our Partners
In hospitality, everything flows from the people serving guests. Engaged associates deliver better experiences, build stronger guest relationships, and drive better outcomes for our hotel partners. A 90% response rate and sustained year-over-year improvement aren’t just internal milestones — they are proof that the people caring for your property and your guests are proud of where they work.
“Being recognized three years in a row tells us we’re building something real. Our people are the core of everything we do — and when they thrive, our partners and guests feel the difference. We’ll never stop investing in the team that makes this company what it is.”
— Ben Campbell — President & CEO, Hospitality America
Getting your feedback was just the first step: Survey results are shared at every level-from the executive team through department managers to individual associates. Teams will identify specific actions, escalate items that need broader attention, and celebrate progress as it happens. Your voice doesn't stop at that survey - it shapes how we work every day. |
Creating a Community That Thrives
Earning a place on the USA TODAY Top Workplaces list three years running is something we’re genuinely proud of — but it’s not the destination. It’s a signal that our commitment to our PEACH values is resonating, that the investments we make in our people are paying off, and that we have a team that’s willing to hold us accountable and push us to be better.
To every associate who took the time to share their thoughts — honestly and candidly — thank you. You are the reason we show up, and the reason we keep improving.
