Ben leads Hospitality America with a clear, future-focused vision, driving the company’s growth, culture, and commitment to excellence. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he aligns development, operations, and leadership to position Hospitality America at the forefront of modern hospitality.

Ben partners with investors, developers, and brand leaders to identify opportunities that redefine hospitality. Under his leadership, Hospitality America achieved its first asset acquisition and launched four new hotel developments, establishing the foundation for the company’s next era of growth. Today, Ben continues to evolve the organization through strategic expansion, operational discipline, and an unwavering focus on people.

Ben believes success begins with culture. He has cultivated a team environment grounded in accountability, creativity, and shared purpose, one where excellence is expected and innovation thrives. Outside his executive role, Ben remains deeply connected to his community, serving on the board of Visit Greenville SC and supporting Village Wrench and Dream Street, organizations that reflect his passion for service.

A former collegiate athlete, Ben earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, where he played four years of baseball. His leadership is defined by vision, heart, and the courage to keep pushing boundaries, qualities that continue to propel Hospitality America forward as a leader in hospitality’s next generation.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Leigh leads the vision, design, and execution of Hospitality America’s portfolio-wide strategic initiatives. She aligns company growth and revenue optimization to ensure every decision drives long-term value for ownership partners and team members alike.

Since joining Hospitality America in 2016, Leigh has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial and revenue direction, building high-performing teams, implementing data-driven systems, and redefining how market insights inform business strategy. Her forward-thinking approach bridges analytical precision with creativity, ensuring the company’s decisions are both intelligent and inspired.

Paul Isaacson

Paul Isaacson oversees Hospitality America’s financial strategy and systems, ensuring the organization’s growth is both scalable and sustainable. He leads initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy, strengthen fiscal discipline, and support the company’s expanding portfolio of hotels across the Southeast.

A seasoned finance executive with more than two decades of experience in hospitality and real estate, Paul brings deep expertise in asset management, valuation, and strategic investment. He served as Senior Vice President for CBRE Hotels Advisory in Atlanta, where he advised ownership groups and investors on complex business, real estate, and capital strategies. His career also includes leadership roles with Watermark Capital Partners, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Arthur Andersen, where he honed his expertise in acquisitions, portfolio analysis, and global financial operations.

At Hospitality America, Paul directs the company’s financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation disciplines. He partners closely with ownership groups, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure every financial decision advances long-term asset value and operational performance.

Community & Industry Engagement

Beyond his financial leadership, Paul is deeply committed to service and community impact. He actively supports several nonprofit and civic organizations focused on education, youth development, and affordable housing initiatives. Within the industry, Paul remains highly engaged, attending hospitality and investment conferences and maintaining active memberships across professional associations to foster collaboration and innovation.

Paul holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University. His insight and analytical discipline continue to guide Hospitality America’s financial success and strengthen its position as a trusted partner to owners and investors alike.

Ryan Sistare

Ryan Sistare

With more than two decades of proven operational leadership across luxury, lifestyle, and branded hotels, Ryan Sistare brings a results-driven approach to operational excellence, asset performance, and leadership development. As Vice President of Operations at Hospitality America, Ryan oversees a growing portfolio of full-service and select-service hotels across the Southeast and Midwest, focusing on maximizing profitability, elevating service standards, and delivering on the Hospitality America Promise—optimizing the hospitality experience for our guests, team members, and partners.

Prior to joining Hospitality America, Ryan served as Vice President of Operations at Peachtree Group, overseeing 115+ properties and over 5,000 team members in a $1 billion portfolio. His leadership track record includes senior roles at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where he led the integration of over 90 hotel transitions and launched award-winning properties like The Gwen in Chicago and The Brown Palace in Denver. Ryan’s career also includes strategic roles with Schulte Hospitality Group and GF Management, where he specialized in performance improvement and ground-up development.

Ryan earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Administration and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), recognized for operational innovation and leadership in top U.S. markets.

A seasoned hotelier passionate about hospitality. “I believe that the hospitality industry continues to evolve, and I have an unwavering commitment to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

Since founding Hospitality America in 1995, Chris has been a force within the hospitality industry, cultivating the strong company culture the organization has today. Throughout Chris’ tenure, Hotel Business Magazine has consistently recognized Hospitality America as a Top 100 hospitality management company. The properties under his leadership have won numerous awards from Hilton and Marriott for their guest service and development success.

As Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Daniel leads the alignment of Hospitality America’s revenue, sales, and marketing disciplines. He ensures every initiative advances both topline growth and long-term asset value. Since joining the company in 2010, he has shaped strategy across the portfolio—building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and positioning assets to deliver maximum returns for ownership partners.

A gifted consumer analyst, Daniel brings a sharp understanding of market behavior and guest expectations. He translates insights into strategies that drive performance and strengthen brand positioning. His creative acumen, informed by a background in design, allows him to craft compelling commercial narratives and marketing strategies. Known for managing multiple priorities and complex projects with precision, Daniel ensures strategic goals are achieved without compromising quality or vision.

Ownership Support

His leadership has advanced direct channel strategies, improved brand visibility, and delivered portfolio results that consistently outpace competitive markets. He collaborates closely with developers, investors, and brand representatives. Together, they use commercial insights to guide brand selection, market entry, and feasibility planning for new developments. Residing in Kansas City, Daniel is well-positioned to support Hospitality America’s expansion into untapped Midwest markets.

Equally committed to people and culture, Daniel fosters a high-performance environment where mentorship and professional growth are central to success. He ensures Hospitality America continues to attract, retain, and develop the next generation of industry leaders.

A recognized thought leader in hospitality strategy, Daniel represents Hospitality America at brand councils, industry conferences, and community forums. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he holds a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Journalism from the University of South Carolina. Dedicated to community impact, Daniel has served in several nonprofit leadership roles, most recently as Board Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas.

With more than 19 years of multifaceted experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, Kellie brings a proven record of driving revenue growth, elevating team performance, and enhancing communication across full-service and luxury hotels. Her long-standing tenure with the Hilton brand and consistent results make her uniquely equipped to lead Hospitality America’s portfolio of sales leaders with vision and precision.

Before joining Hospitality America, Hanselman served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah. In that capacity, Kellie guided a high-performing team across room and catering sales, consistently delivering results beyond budget expectations for group, tour, and event business. Collaborating closely with revenue management, she directed the property’s comprehensive commercial strategy while leading all marketing, communications, and digital engagement efforts to elevate market presence. Other positions included Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hilton Minneapolis; Director of Sales at the New York Hilton Midtown; Assistant Director of Sales at Hilton Hotels of Washington D.C. Wes actively improves data accessibility, implements advanced reporting solutions, and fosters a data-driven culture throughout Hospitality America. His expertise transforms complex data into actionable insights that propel the company’s growth.

Under his leadership, Hospitality America is building advanced predictive analytics and real-time dashboards, setting new standards for data utilization in hospitality management. His strategic approach sharpens operational efficiency and empowers teams at all levels to make data-driven decisions.

With more than two decades of service, she has been a cornerstone of Hospitality America’s growth, building trusted systems, streamlining processes, and supporting teams with integrity and precision.

A detail-oriented leader with a deep commitment to excellence, Jennifer combines technical expertise with a collaborative approach that empowers teams to perform at their best. She has played a pivotal role in evolving the company’s accounting infrastructure, implementing more efficient reporting tools, strengthening internal controls, and aligning financial practices with organizational goals.

Prior to this role, Meghan served as Corporate Revenue Manager at Uniwest Hospitality, where she implemented innovative systems and strategies that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. She holds the Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) designation, underscoring her commitment to excellence and industry leadership.

Justin Deyo directs Hospitality America’s portfolio of hotel leaders, focused on driving efficiencies and operational performance. Justin joined Hospitality America in 2013, demonstrating a penchant for developing talent through exemplary leadership and operational expertise. He recently served as Area General Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. Deyo served as the inaugural Chair of Hospitality America’s Leadership Council, which is comprised of property leaders across the portfolio who vet and deploy new processes and procedures.  In addition to serving as Chair of Hospitality America’s Leadership Council, Deyo is an active community leader, serving on the board for Friends of Fisher House, Tax A Committee of Columbia, and a member of the Columbia Vista Guild.
