A dedicated team player whose unwavering commitment to pursuing excellence serves as a driving force. Responsible for all aspects of the company, from sourcing investments to operations, overseeing strategic development, and deployment for a growing portfolio.
Under Ben’s previous leadership as COO, he secured Hospitality America’s first asset acquisition and four new hotel developments. In preparation for Hospitality America’s growth period, Ben added key positions to the company’s leadership team while prioritizing the company’s award-winning culture. Ben’s strategic vision and dedication to excellence will continue to position Hospitality America as an industry leader.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University, where he also excelled as a four-year athlete on the baseball team. Ben is active in his local community, where he serves on the board of Visit Greenville SC. Through his passion to serve, Ben is also directly involved in the Village Wrench and Dream Street charities.

As the Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Daniel is responsible for the alignment of our commercial verticals, leading our day-to-day revenue, marketing and sales strategies. Daniel joined Hospitality America in 2010 and has showcased exemplary dedication and skill in various roles within the company. A motivating team builder, driving change and challenging the status quo.
Daniel is a U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Journalism. Daniel has served in leadership roles in a number of charitable organizations, most recently as a Board Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas.

Kellie, brings 19-years of multifaceted sales, marketing, and leadership experience to Hospitality America. Her longevity with the Hilton brand and track record of significantly increasing revenues, improving communications, and mentoring employees at full-service and luxury hotels and resorts make Hanselman the right choice to lead Hospitality America’s portfolio of sales leaders.
Prior to joining Hospitality America, Hanselman served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah. In that role she led and mentored a large team across both the room and catering sales disciplines, continually exceeding budget targets for group, tour, and banquet/catering sales. She also spearheaded daily commercial strategy discussions in conjunction with the Director of Revenue Management, and directed all property marketing, communication, digital, and social media efforts. Other positions included Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hilton Minneapolis; Director of Sales at the New York Hilton Midtown; Assistant Director of Sales at Hilton Hotels of Washington D.C. (including Washington Hilton, Capital Hilton, and Embassy Suites Georgetown); Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton St. Louis Downtown; Director of Sales at Temecula Creek Inn Resort; Director of Sales & Sales Manager at Embassy Suites Temecula Valley Wine Country; and Regional Director of Sales at Stoney Creek Inn Hospitality.

He develops and executes BI strategies that boost operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making across the organization.
Wes actively improves data accessibility, implements advanced reporting solutions, and fosters a data-driven culture throughout Hospitality America. His expertise transforms complex data into actionable insights that propel the company’s growth.
Under his leadership, Hospitality America is building advanced predictive analytics and real-time dashboards, setting new standards for data utilization in hospitality management. His strategic approach sharpens operational efficiency and empowers teams at all levels to make data-driven decisions.

Justin Deyo directs Hospitality America’s portfolio of hotel leaders, focused on driving efficiencies and operational performance. With hospitality career spanning over twenty years, Justin Deyo joined Hospitality America in 2013, demonstrating a penchant for developing talent through exemplary leadership and operational expertise. Deyo recently served as Area General Manager in Columbia, South Carolina overseeing two key assets in the Hilton Columbia Center and Hampton Columbia Historic District. Additionally, Deyo served as the inaugural Chair of HA’s Leadership Council which consists of property leaders across the portfolio tasked with vetting and deploying new processes and procedures. In addition to serving as Chair of Hospitality America’s Leadership Council, Deyo is an active community leader, serving on the board for Friends of Fisher House, Tax A Committee of Columbia, and a member of the Columbia Vista Guild.
The Director of Operations is tasked with mentoring and developing hotel leaders, driving the organization’s performance standards, and providing strategic support for renovations and new hotel openings.
