The Top Workplaces USA Today awards recognize midsize and large organizations with operations in multiple markets. Hospitality America participated in the Hotel Sector/Private Ownership category with 500 to 999 employees. Winners were identified solely based on employee feedback gathered through the Energage employee engagement survey.

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Hospitality America participated in the annual Energage Engagement Survey, seeking candid employee insights and perspectives on various aspects of its company culture, leadership, growth opportunities, and more.
