With more than 19 years of multifaceted experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, Kellie brings a proven record of driving revenue growth, elevating team performance, and enhancing communication across full-service and luxury hotels. Her long-standing tenure with the Hilton brand and consistent results make her uniquely equipped to lead Hospitality America’s portfolio of sales leaders with vision and precision.

Before joining Hospitality America, Hanselman served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah. In that capacity, Kellie guided a high-performing team across room and catering sales, consistently delivering results beyond budget expectations for group, tour, and event business. Collaborating closely with revenue management, she directed the property’s comprehensive commercial strategy while leading all marketing, communications, and digital engagement efforts to elevate market presence. Other positions included Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hilton Minneapolis; Director of Sales at the New York Hilton Midtown; Assistant Director of Sales at Hilton Hotels of Washington D.C.
