Seized, operated and sold this derelict property on behalf of the Commissioner of Insurance for the State of Texas.

• The Ocean Club, Key Biscayne, Florida
Provided interim management services for this 800+ member 5Star residential condominium resort.

• The Lyford Cay Club, New Providence, Bahamas
Conducted a full operations review of this 1000+ member 5Star residential full service resort. 

• Villas by the Sea Resort Hotel & Conference Center, Jekyll Island, Georgia

Converted a failed all suites beach resort into a successful condominium / resort / hotel.

• St. Croix Convention Center, St. Croix, USVI

Conducted a feasibility study for a proposed Convention Center on behalf of the Government of the United States of Virgin Islands.
