the Hilton® Highest in Overall Guest Satisfaction in 2004. This award is
based on guests’ comments through the Hampton Brand’s Guest Satisfaction
Rating System (GSRS). Guests rate the hotels on every aspect of their stay
from the point of reservation to check-out. The GSRS scores provide a
statistically valid assessment of guest satisfaction every month by
