By Occupancy in HOTEL BUSINESS magazine's April 20 annual survey of the Top
100 [Hotel] Management Companies in the nation for producing a combined
74.9% occupancy. In the same survey, Hospitality America ranked #83 By Gross
Annual Revenue of $29.3 million, improving from a rank of #96 the prior
year.

City Center opened in February 2002. Two more

in Tallahassee, FL and a 118-room Courtyard By Marriott®
in Columbia,
