received the Hilton® Highest in
Guest Satisfaction Award at its
2001 Hilton
Hotels Corporation Annual Conference. This award is based on guests’
comments through Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotel’s Guest Satisfaction Rating
System (GSRS). Guests rate the hotels on every aspect of their stay from the
point of reservation to check-out. The GSRS scores provide a statistically
valid assessment of guest satisfaction every month by surveying
approximately 17,000 of its guests.
