The Top 10 Management Companies are recognized in 3 categories: Gross Revenue, Occupancy and RevPAR (attached). In last year's survey, Hospitality
America fell out of the Top 10 by Occupancy to #13 after having achieved rankings in the Top 10 By Occupancy in each of the prior 4 years 2003-2006,
#1, #3, # 5 and #4 respectively.
Several of the management companies we are ranked amidst, operate nearly exclusively in the super luxury hotel arena or in red hot occupancy markets
such as New York City.
